Baked Kibbeh with onions and pine nuts

Flatbreads with Zah’tar

Eggplant salad with pomegranate and walnuts

Silverbeet stalks in tahini and lemon juice

Yoghurt and feta dip with Zah’tar


What a successful first trial!

I decided to stay away from the easy dips, like hummus, that I have made before and try something completely new.

Once again I was surprised by how easy it is to make bread – I think it is (like baking cakes or cooking roasts or making pasta from scratch) a little overwhelming and intimidating until you just do it and realise how simple it is.

All dishes surprised me and tasted delicious.
